Slow boat on the Mekong river

Traveling through Malaysia, Laos, and Thailand, using the slower way to travel.  2756 kilometers by train, 948 kilometers by local or mini bus, and 580 kilometers by slow or longtail boat. It was a pleasure to not be in a hurry, to get closer to the countries and the locals. My favorite part was the slow boat I took from Luang Prabang in Laos back to the boarder of north Thailand.
