Casa Barragán

The Casa Luis Barragán, built in 1984, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004 and is the only individual property in Latin America with such an award. This house is a masterpiece of the modern movement. Luis Barragán combines tradition with philosophical, artistic and indigenous elements. His influence on global architecture can still be felt today. His former studio and residence now belong to the Fundación de Arquitectura Tapatía Luis Barragán.
